Plants mostly 40–60 cm. Leaves ± basal, longest 7–10 cm; petioles dilated proximally, ± indurate.
Phenology: Flowering Mar–Apr.
Habitat: Open, rocky or gravelly desert slopes and flats, shrublands
Elevation: 0–200 m
