Leaf blades: margins entire or subentire, glabrous or puberulent, usually glaucous. Flowers: corolla moderately white-lanate internally abaxially.


Phenology: Flowering Jun–Aug.
Habitat: Granite crevices, weathered granite.
Elevation: 2100–3200 m.

Discussion

Variety idahoensis is known from the mountains of central Idaho in Blaine, Custer, Elmore, and Valley counties.
